The 139-unit Indie Apartments has rents ranging from $1,316 to $2,014 per month.
Monthly rents at the 119-unit Candela Apartments range from $2,250 to $2,950.
Both apartments have studio and one- and two-bedroom floor plans.
Amenities at Candela include a pool, fitness center, conference room, and lounge with a kitchen.
PCCP LLC provided a $46 million acquisition loan.
