BALCH SPRINGS – Dominium has begun construction on Timbers at Hickory Tree, a 216-unit, affordable housing complex at 3401 Hickory Tree Rd.
The complex will have one-to-three-bedroom units, fitness center, mail and package receiving area, swimming pool, playgrounds, and community room with fireplace.
Berkadia, TCF Bank, Dougherty Funding, Alliant Capital, and the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs are funding the $53 million project.
Completion is set for spring 2021.
