These Cake Mix Cookies are SO simple to make and perfect for your Fall Parties!
What You’ll Need:
- 1 box Betty Crocker Yellow Cake Mix {15.25 oz.}
- 1 bag White Chocolate Candy Corn M&M’s {9.9 oz.} ~ I found them at Target
- 1/2 cup Canola or Vegetable Oil
- 2 eggs
What You’ll Do:
- Combine cake mix, eggs, and oil in large mixing bowl, and beat well.
- Stir in M&M’s
- Refrigerate dough for approx. 45 minutes, prior to baking.
- Drop onto ungreased non-stick cookie sheet in rounded balls.
- Bake for approx. 8 – 9 minutes {or until done} at 350 degrees.
- Recipes makes approx. 2 dozen cookies.
